June 2, 2024Since Mrs.Debra left these apartment been going down hills since apartment prices goes up with nothing changing around or in them, pool is never opened just used to get people interested in moving in, if something breaks in your apartment they fix it on their own time and ur not allowed to try to fix it yourself so hope it’s not nothing you need for daily usage, and your carpets never gets fix unless your just moving in, so if it messes up while your staying here all they will do is cut carpet ...from your closet or an area that is not seen much and put it down where it’s messed up at but they don’t do a good job at that either is comes right back up. September 16, 2021I love living in these apartments. I've been here for almost a full year and I couldn't be happier. The apartment staff is very friendly and sweet. The make sure that I am comfortable at all times as well. I have recommended one person here already and am currently recommending someone else here as well. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE
February 23, 2021The manager is on top of the property. If you call her or go to her with a problem it is taken care of within 1 business day. She makes sure the property is clean and safe for the residents. She treats is complex like it is her own and as if her residents are her family members. I have never had an apartment manager as nice an efficient as her. Also the maintenance man is great he stays on top of any repairs that needs to be taken care of. When he fixes it it is done right the first time. No need ...to wait for someone else to come and repair his repairs as in other complexes I have lived in. October 10, 2020I was looking for an apartment in Prattville, and fell in love with Victoria place. My apartment is roomy for a 1 bedroom and I have a balcony to sit outside and drink my coffee! A Great Place to live
August 4, 2020My husband and I have been here for 5 months. I love this place and I have no intention of moving again. I can't believe how much we save living here. The appartment are nice and have alot of space. I love having the balcony where we can go set and enjoy the evening. These are ran by courteous kind people. The office manager is very personable. July 31, 2020I have lived here with my husband for almost 2 years and we don't plan on leaving any time soon. The apartments are spacious for the price and are very clean and well maintained. Quiet and safe place to live !
May 4, 2020I love living at Victoria Place because the apartments are extremely roomy and clean! The carpets are so soft and allows you to live comfortably. The apartment manager Debra, is always proactive when it comes to any problems or concerns . The location is convenient and safe as well. My apartment
August 21, 2019Good location, and great renters. A really bad bug problem, they don’t clean the apartment when you move in. Kitchen was disgusting and the bathroom, I HAD to clean the whole apartment and when I cleaned I saw about 30 roaches. Air conditioner had mold in it, foists leak, and the lights sometimes didn’t work when you try to turn them on. It was great when I moved in but worst mistake I made!!!!!Reseña de Apartments.com

September 1, 2015My apartment allows me to be creative when decorating. It is spacious for tenants and company. The bedroom has room enough for a bed, dresser, end tables, and chaise lounge chair to relax and wind down after a long day at work. Sitting on the balcony allows me to read, relax, and enjoy nature with much needed privacy from neighbors. I just wish the complex provided laundry services, but there is a laundromat facility not far from here.
