My daughter has had an amazing experience living at Arcadia! Don’t let the bad reviews sway your decision… 95% of the time, those are from people who didn’t get their way and are just choosing to complain. The Arcadia staff does an amazing job of communicating well before the scheduled move-in date, about how important it is to fill out the move-in condition form and be as detailed as possible. This helps avoid any move-out charges, which makes perfect sense!
There’s absolutely no reason to have
...bogus charges unless you aren’t taking care of your apartment or simply not following the clearly laid out rules from the staff. My daughter is now going into her second year at Arcadia, and we've seen maintenance requests handled promptly, fun resident events planned regularly, and just a great overall atmosphere.
The location is also a huge plus! It’s close to local grocery stores, restaurants, and lots of fun things to do off-campus. We’re very thankful for such a positive and smooth off-campus housing experience. Highly recommend Arcadia!
