We love this place

We have been living her for almost two years and we love it. The units are spacious and comfortable. They are centrally located to everything. The parking is tight but that is really the only complaint. The manager Mel and the office staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled pretty quickly. Overall a nice. Place to call home.

second hand smoke, filthy, loud and unsafe

This property is wonderful if you love cigarette smoke, aggressive off-leash dogs, crows eating trash all over the neighborhood! This complex charges $50 per month for valet trash service that picks up 2-3 times per week (not the 4-5 times advertised) and trash will sit on the sidewalks and front door steps for days at a time. Good luck contacting this property after you move in they never answer the phone and once they learn your number will intentionally send you to voicemail. After moving out ...
I was charged with excessive fees and charges for things that I did not break. My pet was attacked on half a dozen occasions and animal control has struggled to get ahold of the property to address concerns. This place is awful and I wish I never moved here I have never had a worse living expereince than at Arcadia Townhomes.

Worse Management Ever

The people who work in the office are by far the most unprofessional people that I've ever met. The townhomes are not worth what is asked for in rent. If I could give them negative 5 stars, I would! I do not recommend anybody rent from them!

We've been living here for almost 4 years now and it has been an amazing time. We love our space, perfect location, I LOVE all the green areas that we have. The staff are amazing, Denisse and Melanie and Lesa are very nice and attentive when we have reach to them. The maintenance guys are awesome, the fix our stuff very quick and are such a nice guys they always go beyond what is asked for. We are so happy to call this place our home!

I just moved in here a couple months ago and I am really happy so far.  The front desk ladies are always helpful whenever I needed anything. Most of my neighbors keep to themselves and are pretty quiet.  My apartment is nice, it's a good size and it has everything I need.

Staff “0” no professionalism Manager “0” she doesn’t care about anything She is always in her office doing nothing Maintenance “0” they never show up to fix anything ( microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc...) Garbage Service “0” they only take 2 small bags from each apartment, if you have more bags they leave it there and the garbage containers are always locked... Parking space “0” always full... they allow many people with more then 2 cars per apartment

I’ve visited this property once, emailed twice and called twice. My emails have yet to be answered and my initial call was hurried and the staff didn’t seem to know their properties availability. When I visited initially, the woman in the office did not want to help and would not provide any information without knowing my rental budget. To her surprise, when I provided a higher rent range, her demeanor changed immediately and she was more than willing to provide floor plans and even a tour. You ...
should treat each customer as if they are a potential client. I’m turned off by the lack of support without immediately knowing finances. This shows the property is only after one thing.

Not like home -an apartment living

We have lived here for 16 years and it has become an apartment in the last year. We can no longer have our grill that we had for 15 years because someone with charcoal has burned a full unit. Responsible people don't have issues, but can't have a grill. Also if your children that are grown try to receive a package at your unit you can no longer receive it unless you spend $42 more a month - they will send it back. I used to think of this as my home but not anymore, it's less than apartment ...
living. Manager is very cold and to me was rude. Won't renew - need to move!

A place to call home

A great place to call "home". I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others. I lived here for 7 years and the current management is by far the best! Both Melanie and Ari went above and beyond after experiencing a house fire. They provided help from management, Red Cross and from caring neighbors. They made sure my family will a place to come home to after the fire and made necessary adjustments to our needs. I really appreciate all the efforts Melanie! We love you!
