Transfer of Lease The experience of transferring of my apartment to another was a good one before receiving the actual apartment. The leasing staff that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with; Kaitlyn and another young lady that is normally in the office on Saturday are very helpfully and go over and beyond addressing any concerns I have as well as trying to correct them. The issues I have is with the remodeling team and whoever is responsible for cleaning the apartments between tenants. The
...apartment was not cleaned and they basically did renovations over dirt. For example they painted over cat hair and dirt. I shouldn’t even be aware the previous tenant owned an animal. Another big thing the renovations are done with halfway effort, for example the light fixture in the restroom I can see inside the wall because the time was not taking out to make sure it fit properly. I will give credit where it is due and say I have addressed my concerns with Katelyn and of course she is willing to make sure the issues are addressed but moving toward it would be nice if checks and balances are in place to over see the work that is done in the apartments is done correctly with the same eagerness the company has for collecting tenant rental payments each month.
