Management, staff and maintenance feel like family and have been a pleasure. Cost is up there, which is my only con. January 27, 2026Arrive Staff is very responsive 10/10. Whether it be billing or maintenance issues and are just great people in general. Overall 4/5 cause of the conservice that handles utilities for the residents can be inconsistent and do not warn of price increases. And occasional overtly noisy neighbors.Property Manager Responded

January 23, 2026Amenities are nice. It would be better the grills up top were unreserved for any last minute grilling needed instead of going to the bottom of the complex. It seems they are reserved less than they are able to use some a request is necessary ahead of time. It would be better accessible if available at all times. It would be better if parking were more available for all units. Noise level could be quieter, but for the most part pleasant. For example, dogs not being well trained around other dogs ...or us walking on the street. Also, it seems the trash bill keeps going up in price which has become way too pricey for the service that is not reliant as they miss quite a bit.Property Manager Responded

January 23, 2026Amenities: Excellent. Package locker, dog park, club house, pet grooming and bathing station. fitness room, year round hot tub and pool. ?Location: Can’t beat it. You’re right next to the trails and nature, but still have easy access to downtown shopping and I-90. ?Staff: The maintenance and office crew are solid—friendly, helpful, and they get to requests pretty quick. ? Buildings: The community is almost 30 years old. The units are renovated with decent finishes so they look nice on the ...surface, but do get a little drafty in the winter, particularly on the second floor. ? ?Driving/Parking: The speed bumps here are a bit aggressive. The streets are tight, and visitor parking is a pain; guests usually end up parking on the main road and trekking in. ?Verdict: If you want a quiet place near the mountains with a decent commute to Seattle or Bellevue with great value for the money, this is the spot — but don't expect a brand-new luxury feel just because the counters are new.Property Manager Responded
