December 20, 2025I am disappointed with how rules are enforced at Arrive. While having community guidelines is reasonable, enforcement does not appear to be applied consistently. For example, some residents are fined for putting garbage containers out too early or not bringing them back in within the required time frame, while similar situations appear to persist elsewhere in the community. This has been an ongoing issue for several months and creates the perception that enforcement is uneven. The same concern ...applies to personal items in common areas. Some residents are cited and asked to remove personal belongings placed outside their units, while similar items remain in place at other units for extended periods. While I cannot verify whether action has been taken in all cases, the lack of visible consistency over several months is frustrating. Consistent and fair enforcement is essential in any community. Addressing these inconsistencies would help improve trust between residents and management.Property Manager Responded

October 16, 2025Arrive is a quiet community that feels like you are in the woods and yet close to I90 for easy access to work. It has great amenities, and the property management and maintenance are very responsive. The only downside is the lack of parking for residents and guests. June 12, 2025So far all is lovely - the community is well kept. Only negatives are the speed bump design - very aggressive and way too many. No matter how slow it is jarring. There is a funky gap in the kitchen - left from a previous design… they should add another cabinet as the cabinet space is limited.Property Manager Responded

May 3, 2025Arrive NB has been near perfect for the transitional stage of life our little family is in. It’s comfortable, the maintenance crew is always on point, the amenities are very good. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is that it’s very densely designed, greatly prioritizing cars over pedestrian, with little done to make the neighborhood feel neighborly.
