I have lived here for 3 years now and every year I feel less and less welcome. Every year my rent is raised and every year is gets more dangerous. Let alone having a gate that was just installed and is already out of service, but when the gate was working, every time I came home, there were cars waiting to zoom into the complex behind me. And they had plenty of time to do it. One time I was taking out the garbage at about 6am, and a man with a hood over his head came charging at me, but luckily I
...was close enough to my car to jump in an leave. It sounds like I'm making this up and honestly I wish I was. OH and I forgot a woman was just murdered here AFTER the gate was installed...? There is also parking issues where you are forced to park unsafe distances from your car at night. Do yourself a favor and find a place that doesn't try to act like the have SOOO many "nice" features so they can raise your rent. Find a place where you feel welcome, and safe. Oh and after being 3 days late with rent FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 2 YEARS I was served with an eviction threat. Idk maybe that's the norm at other places but it made me hate this place.
