November 8, 2024The facilities are nice but it’s so far from everything. You literally have to get on a highway to get to the nearest target. The only place that’s convenient is North Campus. 20 minute drive to South Campus. Don’t recommend.Property Manager Responded

For our resident's convenience, we do offer a private shuttle to North Campus as well as a market shuttle to Target and Wegmans on the weekend. We also now offer nightlife shuttles to downtown and South Campus on Friday/Saturday nights. Amazing place to live
November 19, 2024Living at Aspen Heights Buffalo has been an amazing experience! The apartments are not only spacious and modern but also incredibly clean and well-maintained. The management team does an excellent job of keeping the entire property spotless, from the shared spaces to the outdoor areas. The amenities, like the fitness center and communal spaces, are always tidy and ready to use, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to live. I love how close it is to the University at Buffalo and local ...hotspots, which makes getting around super convenient. Plus, the staff is always friendly and responsive, ensuring any issues are taken care of quickly. Best student housing in Buffalo
September 13, 2024I have lived at Aspen for a little over a year and am working on my second now and it has been the best housing I have had in Buffalo. The staff goes above and beyond and the apts are so pretty. They are all brand new and have a modern design. They host so many parties and they even have a night life shuttle. I highly recommend Aspen over any other off-campus student housing.Property Manager Responded
