I’ve been to a ton of houses /apartments/ townhouses in buffalo and Aspen Heights is by far the best in the area. Their spacious units, countless amenities, and unrivaled management really make living at aspen a great experience.

The facilities are nice but it’s so far from everything. You literally have to get on a highway to get to the nearest target. The only place that’s convenient is North Campus. 20 minute drive to South Campus. Don’t recommend.

Best student housing in Buffalo

I have lived at Aspen for a little over a year and am working on my second now and it has been the best housing I have had in Buffalo. The staff goes above and beyond and the apts are so pretty. They are all brand new and have a modern design. They host so many parties and they even have a night life shuttle. I highly recommend Aspen over any other off-campus student housing.
