Cozy, neat clean apartments - wonderful location. The pool and tennis courts are great benefits.
The maintenance team is responsive and competent.

She is getting older, and the extra help and attention from office management, Barb and Karen, has been incredible. They are so professional, patient, supportive, and caring. Nice place to live, don't expect full deposit back

I lived here for 3 and 1/2 years. The apartments and grounds were well maintained, maintenance was responsive, and location was convenient. I would have happily given a 5 star review, but on move out I was charged $45 for a single cracked mini-blind slat (under $10 at the hardware store), and $120 for a supposedly damaged garbage disposal, despite it being fully functional the entire time I lived there.
Sadly not uncommon for apartment complexes, but it does feel pretty insulting to get ...
nickel-and-dimed after paying $$$$ on-time every month for years, and leaving the apartment in very good condition. It's a fine place to live, just assume you aren't getting your deposit back.

This place has the worst management ever. Super inconsiderate, and apparently likes to tell everyone your business. My roommate came into the leasing office and one of the ladies brought up that my credit score isn’t well.
This place has been great all up until this year. I am so disappointed and upset.

The location is excellent, the sense of safety is secure, and the friendliness of the neighborhood is really wonderful. I looked at 10 apartment complexes before choosing Autumn Oaks. The main selling point for me was the two women managers, Barb and Karen. They are proud of this community and are dedicated and have a superb work ethic, which shows in the appearance and management of the property. They are also both dog lovers and I have seen them greet my dogs and other dogs with joy as they walk around the property. John, the maintenance supervisor, came to my apartment to fix something. While he was there, I ...
asked him about a problem I was having with something else. He took the time to help me and was extremely friendly. I called Barb and asked if I should tip him. Barb said, "Absolutely not. To us, that is customer service." If you are looking for a place that is managed with friendly, helpful, approachable people who take pride in their work then Autumn Oaks is the place to call home.

Barb and Karen are excellent managers, which is the number one reason I chose Autumn Oaks to live. They care about the complex and the residents and it shows with their work ethic, approachable personalities, dedication and their timely responses to maintenance requests. The complex is managed with phenomenal efficiency.
They are both dog owners/lovers and I have spotted them greeting dogs with enthusiasm when they meet them around the property.
