I have lived at this complex for 3 years, in two different units. Overall, this apartment complex is a bit nicer than most in the area, but that also comes with a slight cost increase but not too bad.
Apartment Interiors: I have stayed in the 2br w/ loft and 3 br units. Both have ample room and pretty open floor plans. The ceilings are usually either 9 or 10 feet high.
Appliances: The appliances can be a little dated, but not too bad. Hot water and AC are on a per unit bases, so you get to set
...your own temperature and take long hot showers if you want.
Amenities: The complex has some nice amenities: a decent workout room, pool, close to a lot of running trails and available grills. However, on some of the pictures you can see a lake and paddle boats, those don'w get much/any use so don't count on rowing anywhere.
Front Office: We have never had a problem with the front office, they have always been nice and willing to help out. The only possible complaint we have is that they do have slightly limited hours, but just means you got to pick up packages when you get home or wait till tomorrow
Parking: parking is the weakest part about this complex. It is on a first come first serve bases, and is very limited. Visitor parking is a pretty standard 1 night in a visitor spot but you need a visitor pass for more than one night (free from the office)
Other: In the past year, there seems to have been a lot of young children move in to the complex that run around after school 'off-leash'. I am not the biggest fan of kids and they can be loud and rowdy in the afternoon. I have never heard my neighbors through the walls here but the children yelling outside come in no problem.
