neighbors are being bothersome. They will give you a vague answer and tell you to call JSO's non-emergency line... The parking is also not great. 1 spot per unit and visitor parking is almost always full. I have a fire or water system outside my unit and for the first 6 months I lived there maintenance would come whenever and work on it (no notice to me, even though it would scare the crap out of me). There was drilling and sawing with no notice. The earliest they ever came was 5 am on a Saturday... again with no notice. When I first moved in it seemed to be a nice place for families and working adults, but it seems to have gone downhill with renters who don't have common courtesy for others living there. If you can find somewhere else, do it.

one so my experience hasn't been too bad! Although, the biggest complaint I have is some of the neighbors are rude and the matience man, Rodney is not a nice person. He picks his favorites then everyone else he doesn't work with. But, if you stay away from him and follow the rules then it shouldn't be a problem. Overall, my apartment is wonderful the only complaints are on the grounds and amenities part.
