April 2, 2026I have been part of this community for about 8 years now and I used to love and recommend this complex to everyone, however the management changing constantly made the service to the community very poor. As of now I can see the current management is the longest lasting one so far which I believe Alex does his best to take care of everyone and happy to stay he has been the consistent person. Unfortunately the upper management is very unfair in regard to fairness of its residents and they are not ...at all putting the residents as priority. I have had many issues since I switched my unit to a town house the past 2 years or so, while paying full rent and getting a raise every year, they failed many times to provide a safe unit as well as complete work orders which eventually effected my health and I still was not able to get the support needed.Property Manager Responded

February 23, 2026I have been living at Aventino since 2007, and it truly feels like home. The location is excellent and very convenient for work, the amenities are great, and the sense of community with neighbors is something I truly value. I am especially grateful for the current management. Alex has been caring, responsive, and professional, and the overall experience has significantly improved under his leadership. There are still a few areas that could be improved. The AC/heater unit is extremely loud, ...making it difficult to run at night. The windows and doors are not well sealed, which causes air leakage and results in high electricity bills. Some maintenance items, such as the refrigerator freezing food and stiff windows, also need attention. Pressure washing the concrete areas, especially around the garbage rooms, would also help improve the overall appearance. In the past, there were unresolved issues, including elevator breakdowns and maintenance concerns, but I appreciate the positive changes that have been made more recently. I would appreciate slightly more community engagement activities over the summer break, and would appreciate if long term leasing apartments are given some concession in the renewal process. January 22, 2026The living experience at Aventino has generally been positive. The apartments are clean and up to date. The maintenance crew is responsive and the grounds are well kept. January 19, 2026It's coming up on a year where we are trying to attain a parking spot in the garage and are on the waitlist. Suggest that empty spots be assigned to all those on the waitlist with the understanding that if there was an error and the original tenant wants their spot back that the newly assigned tenant would have to vacate that parking spot. Instead of trying to ask tenants if they have a spot, if a spot is vacant for a months, take it over with the understanding that it can be reversed in the ...future.Property Manager Responded
