        I have been living at Aventino since 2007, and it truly feels like home. The location is excellent and very convenient for work, the amenities are great, and the sense of community with neighbors is something I truly value. I am especially grateful for the current management. Alex has been caring, responsive, and professional, and the overall experience has significantly improved under his leadership. There are still a few areas that could be improved. The AC/heater unit is extremely loud, ...
        making it difficult to run at night. The windows and doors are not well sealed, which causes air leakage and results in high electricity bills. Some maintenance items, such as the refrigerator freezing food and stiff windows, also need attention. Pressure washing the concrete areas, especially around the garbage rooms, would also help improve the overall appearance. In the past, there were unresolved issues, including elevator breakdowns and maintenance concerns, but I appreciate the positive changes that have been made more recently. Overall, Aventino has been my home for many years, and I value the community and improvements happening under the current management.

        I love the community and have been here since 2023. I would appreciate slightly more community engagement activities over the summer break, and would appreciate if long term leasing apartments are given some concession in the renewal process. Other than that, the complex is great!

        The living experience at Aventino has generally been positive. The apartments are clean and up to date. The maintenance crew is responsive and the grounds are well kept. We really enjoy how the area is generally quiet. Wish there were more covered parking options.

        It's coming up on a year where we are trying to attain a parking spot in the garage and are on the waitlist. Suggest that empty spots be assigned to all those on the waitlist with the understanding that if there was an error and the original tenant wants their spot back that the newly assigned tenant would have to vacate that parking spot. Instead of trying to ask tenants if they have a spot, if a spot is vacant for a months, take it over with the understanding that it can be reversed in the ...

        Although I had hoped things would be different, the reviews I read prior to selecting this apartment seem to proven true about poor communication and lack of responses with leasing office. The property is nice overall and grounds are well kept. I have only been there for 2 weeks and still settling in, so have not had too much experience here. It did take 2 weeks for some safety issues to fixed in the apartment which I addressed with the leasing office, but they never replied. Due to lack of ...

        It’s an okay place to live, but there are a few issues that affected my rating. One of the main problems is the community/party room. The fee to use it is very high, so most of the time it stays empty and residents rarely use it. Considering how much rent we pay every month, it would make more sense if this space were more accessible. Another issue is cleanliness. The hallways and the area in front of the building are often dirty and not cleaned regularly. Also, some of the appliances inside ...
        the apartment, like the stove and refrigerator, are quite old and don’t really match the high rent we’re paying. These have been the main issues I’ve experienced, and I hope management will address them in the future.

        Work orders take too long and sometimes there is no follow up at all. Residents and/or their guests sometimes drive way too fast inside the community where speed limit is supposedly 5 mph. There are no cameras to catch this kind of behavior. Bikes are getting stolen left and right, and parking garage gates get broken. We need more cameras and strictness around resident behavior as it relates to safety.
