        The living experience at Aventino has generally been positive. The apartments are clean and up to date. The maintenance crew is responsive and the grounds are well kept. We really enjoy how the area is generally quiet. Wish there were more covered parking options.

        I love leaving here ??. Beautiful place well kept! Nice amenities and very quiet! No complaints so far. I just wish we had more events and less turnover in the office.

        It's coming up on a year where we are trying to attain a parking spot in the garage and are on the waitlist. Suggest that empty spots be assigned to all those on the waitlist with the understanding that if there was an error and the original tenant wants their spot back that the newly assigned tenant would have to vacate that parking spot. Instead of trying to ask tenants if they have a spot, if a spot is vacant for a months, take it over with the understanding that it can be reversed in the ...

        Although I had hoped things would be different, the reviews I read prior to selecting this apartment seem to proven true about poor communication and lack of responses with leasing office. The property is nice overall and grounds are well kept. I have only been there for 2 weeks and still settling in, so have not had too much experience here. It did take 2 weeks for some safety issues to fixed in the apartment which I addressed with the leasing office, but they never replied. Due to lack of ...
        communication, changes that were made, move in and receiving the lease was a bit stressful.

        It’s an okay place to live, but there are a few issues that affected my rating. One of the main problems is the community/party room. The fee to use it is very high, so most of the time it stays empty and residents rarely use it. Considering how much rent we pay every month, it would make more sense if this space were more accessible. Another issue is cleanliness. The hallways and the area in front of the building are often dirty and not cleaned regularly. Also, some of the appliances inside ...

        Work orders take too long and sometimes there is no follow up at all. Residents and/or their guests sometimes drive way too fast inside the community where speed limit is supposedly 5 mph. There are no cameras to catch this kind of behavior. Bikes are getting stolen left and right, and parking garage gates get broken. We need more cameras and strictness around resident behavior as it relates to safety.

        Welcoming staff, easy move in process, and well kept amenities! Within 1 week, I was able to tour the apartment complex, apply for the unit, and submit pre-move in requirements like my down deposit. Staff was available during business hours to assist in any matters.
