It makes a difference on who is managing and well they take concern of the property and the tenants. The appearance and set up of the property is calming and makes you feel safe to come home to. We have 24 hour security which is added feature that keeps tenants extending their rent. Wow lets not forget the programs they have on board, after school, meals on wheels delivery, free breakfast during summer break for children/students. Use of Clubhouse for meetings and conferences and celebrations too! What else can you ask for right. The waiting list is incredible, so if I could I contribute the possibility with the idea of winning free rent, I would contribute tot the property to build on to help those in need.
