August 4, 2025I love living at Ballinger Commons! I've been here for 7 1/2 years now. The staff is fantastic! Everyone in the office, Kimberly, Trevon, Samantha, Tay, and Matt are always kind, courteous and eager to meet the needs of the residents. The maintenance crew, are always efficient and expeditious in their work, I rarely need maintenance so I don't know all their names, but I do know that Nick, DA, Jacob and Kiola are great! They also take excellent care of the grounds. It's always clean and well ...trimmed, and they are continuously doing improvements on the buildings to make things nice. Additionally they always have great community events where neighbors can get to know each other. Of course it's great having the trails going around the property, and I've never seen another property in Seattle with so much green space! And it's nice to have ample parking! That's hard to find in Seattle! It's a well-run property and I highly recommend living here! : )Property Manager Responded
