I've lived here on/off for 18 years. The new management has actually improved the quality of life so much. There's no longer the aggravation of stepping in dog poo when you're coming home from work late at night. That's also helped curb the outside roach population. Although there's still large cockroaches outside on the sidewalks, it's no longer an infestation. It used to be so bad that I'd take a can of spray to/from work. We couldn't bbq outside with those things flying on you! This is TX,
...they're everywhere in the state, but the cleanliness the new mgmt. maintains, has finally made this a beautiful place to finally enjoy your porch, the pools & you can bbq outside without gross bugs. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues & mgmt. is very thoughtful. Only issue is not enough parking spaces making it be a long walk when it's storming out. I've also seen them improving the units, hardwood type floors & other such welcomed changes. Unfortunately mine still has the original old nasty carpet I was given by old mgmt. so I don't benefit but if you get the new units, it's worth it. Very close to the Elementary; High School & close to NE Mall, the Hospital; grocery stores & pharmacies. Great location!
