December 14, 2025-Terrible Management, never once has any of my phone calls actually been answered by the office (only answered by a third party company). -Maintenance is shawty, and will not replace appliances until they break, and unfortunately the professionalism of the work is low. -Dog poop everywhere -Parking is always a huge issue -Wall Insulation is horrible, therefore AC will run all summer. -Unfortunately, all of this would be manageable for the length of our lease, however the worst experience has ...actually been the neighbors. Had 2 packages stolen in the first month of living here forcing us to put up a camera, rude interactions, and our closest neighbor thinks the sidewalk is their front porch and currently has a Walmart dog gate wrapping around the corner…Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Excited to sign on for another year
September 2, 2020I was just offered a renewal and I can't believe I've already lived here for a year. I love my little house and that I never have to do anything outside. I just call up to the friendly front office and ask to be put on the list for tree trimming or pest control and they just do it. I dont have any close neighbors and its so peaceful here. PLEASE Keep looking for another complex
July 25, 2018Avilla Grace. What appears to be a beautiful complex turned out to be an absolute nightmare after three months. They advertise 24 hour maintenance. What they mean is they offer maintenance during the week, not on weekends. They also advertise "the home of your dreams and a neighborhood that suits your lifestyle". What a joke. One gate is open all night, lighting on covered parking (despite phone calls) was out for two weeks making the area VERY dark. Cars have been broken into; one stolen out of ...the lot. As a woman living alone, I no longer feel safe in my own home. Marijuana use in the area got out of hand and the police were at my front door accusing me of using marijuana. They found nothing and never will. After being accused, singled out and harassed, I expressed this with the front office who seemed justified that my apartment was visited by the police and admitted they noticed the smell (yet did nothing about it on numerous occasions). Management’s solution was to send a friendly reminder letter despite the fact that marijuana usage is grounds for immediate termination. After calling the management company MEB 9 times, I finally spoke to my attorney about the issues with the complex. After mentioning my lawyer in yet another voicemail, I finally received a phone call from an assistant manager Stephanie. I shared that I am beyond enraged with the poor treatment I have received and was told that the only solution was to spend $2,150 to break my lease 60 days from now. This is an absolutely shocking and horrendous way to treat tenants. Avilla Grace advertises "you will enjoy a consistent, helpful and stress-free experience whenever you're in contact with us". This complex and management company will be hearing from my lawyer shortly. When I moved in, I had to wait two months for a unit to become available. June 22, 2018Do not recommend. I have documented literally everything from day 1 including photos. When I moved it, the apartment was disgusting, not cleaned, food left in oven, Mac n cheese/trash/weeds all over the back yard. There was hair in the toilets and shower. Moved in because I literally had no other option with a moving truck out front. Since moving in we have lived in a scorpion nest. Maintenance has entered my unit without consent. This was chalked up to (a new employee not checking the log). ...The gates are broken and leave you locked out of the community. My car has been broken into, (4 other cars have been burglarized this month - proof in resident notice). And my neighbors home has been broken into twice since moving in. Overall this property gets zero support from management. The property manager is no where to be found, will not return phone calls. The regional managaer at corporate will not return a phone call after numerous attempts. We have had an increase in inspections over the last couple months, I’m hoping this is because they are getting bought out by another management company like their former location on Alma/Pecos. Not for those who like to sleep in
June 14, 2018If you like to sleep in or work the late shift, this may not be the place for you. The 7:00-7:30 am weekly wake up by noisy leaf blower is not a great living experience.
