        This is not a place for people with children. Over the past ten years I have watched this property change to a non kid friendly environment and the amenities have declined. Kids Park is now a dog park and kids are asked not to be outside on the property. Not a place for parents. Management is not consistent and the turn over rate is ridiculous. We never know who is running the place. And if your looking for a gated community forget about it. The gates have worked twice since I been here and not ...
        all gates work at the same time. Safety is not a priority here.

        The Bella Vista is a beautiful place to live. The grounds are full of hydrangeas, the people are pretty friendly, and the views of lake Washington are gorgeous. The grounds are well-kept and the staff is very kind and responsive.

        This is an excellent place to live, the maintenance is excellent and the team is highly responsive. The internal design is standard and I liked that I could rent my unit remotely. I like having the garage with the remote control and the gated community.

        The apartment itself is nice but the amenities are constantly broken. Communication is absolutely horrible and leasing agents do not work the full hours posted. This apartment complex very much felt like once they got us pen to paper on a lease, the facade was lifted and they simply do not care about current tenants, only new potential tenants. The gates have been vandalized with no attempt at repair for months. My truck was broken into with an attempted theft within a week of living here. The ...
        location is nice being next to the lake but the management is truly corrupted, with little to no communication unless it concerns them. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Two stars only for location and the room itself. This community sucks.
