I would especially like to thank Valentina, who is truly a top-level professional. She helped me quickly and efficiently prepare all the documents for moving from one unit to another, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and support made a huge difference. Sabina, Assistant Community Manager, is incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to ...help. She brings such a warm and positive energy to every interaction. Maple, the Community Manager, deserves special recognition for her responsibility, attentiveness, and dedication. She is always responsive and genuinely cares about every request. I am also very grateful to the maintenance and grounds team -Cristobal and Rocio -who respond promptly whenever help is needed. They arrive quickly, work efficiently, and resolve issues with great care and professionalism. Today, I requested help with a noisy mechanism in the bathroom that was disturbing my child’s sleep, and the team came right away and fixed the problem very quickly. Every request I have made has been handled the same day. I have reached out multiple times, and each time the response has been fast, effective, and thoughtful. The entire team at Bella Vista works like one well-coordinated system -professional, responsive, and genuinely kind to residents. It truly creates a comfortable and supportive living environment. March 26, 2026This is not a place for people with children. Over the past ten years I have watched this property change to a non kid friendly environment and the amenities have declined. Kids Park is now a dog park and kids are asked not to be outside on the property. Not a place for parents. Management is not consistent and the turn over rate is ridiculous. We never know who is running the place. And if your looking for a gated community forget about it. The gates have worked twice since I been here and not ...all gates work at the same time. Poor Management
July 9, 2024The apartment itself is nice but the amenities are constantly broken. Communication is absolutely horrible and leasing agents do not work the full hours posted. This apartment complex very much felt like once they got us pen to paper on a lease, the facade was lifted and they simply do not care about current tenants, only new potential tenants. The gates have been vandalized with no attempt at repair for months. My truck was broken into with an attempted theft within a week of living here. The ...location is nice being next to the lake but the management is truly corrupted, with little to no communication unless it concerns them. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
