Poor Management
July 9, 2024The apartment itself is nice but the amenities are constantly broken. Communication is absolutely horrible and leasing agents do not work the full hours posted. This apartment complex very much felt like once they got us pen to paper on a lease, the facade was lifted and they simply do not care about current tenants, only new potential tenants. The gates have been vandalized with no attempt at repair for months. My truck was broken into with an attempted theft within a week of living here. The ...location is nice being next to the lake but the management is truly corrupted, with little to no communication unless it concerns them. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. No Show Tour
April 26, 2024I had reserved a 5pm tour for yesterday and even received a confirmation email in the morning. We show up and see a sign on the darkened office stating they were closed from 11am for a company function. Thanks for wasting my time. No response to my email telling them what I thought. I have a pretty good idea what I would face if I move in here. Don't even bother trying to tour this place.Property Manager Responded
