I've been living at BelleMeade for over 7 months now. I am in love with my home and I will definitely be a long term resident here, which is something I've never been able to say about an apartment before. Michael is such a great manager, he is always available and great at communicating with everyone. There always seems to be someone new in the office helping (Jody, Kelsey, Nick, Erin), but they are just that, so helpful. Maintenance guys are so nice and trustworthy, they only hire the best. My
...apartment is beautiful and everything is brand new. I really love that I never hear my neighbors because the buildings are built well, and seem to be sound proof. Important work orders are done really quickly. The community is clean and quiet. Landscaping is getting better every day. I'm excited for construction to be done, only because the place will be even better than it already is!! The construction really isn't a nuisance like I thought it would be. We don't have amenities YET, but a sister property is just down the road that has a BEAUTIFUL gym and pool, so nobody can be unhappy about that. The community events are fun to attend and you get to meet your neighbors. You can try as hard as you want, but you WILL NOT find a better apartment anywhere in the Des Moines Metro!
