am writing to you in order to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the quality of life experienced in this condominium. Unfortunately, my experience has been so negative that I consider it my duty to inform people interested in moving here about all the reasons why they should reconsider their decision.
First of all, I would like to highlight the lack of proper maintenance in the common areas. The gardens are neglected, full of weeds and pests, which not only affects the
...aesthetics of the place, but also the health and safety of the residents. In addition, the recreational areas, such as the pool and the gym, are in a deplorable state, with broken equipment and accumulated dirt, which makes it impossible to enjoy them.
Secondly, the management of the condominium is completely inefficient. The problems and requests of residents are ignored or treated with an alarming lack of professionalism. The necessary repairs in the units are postponed indefinitely, resulting in a constant deterioration of living conditions. In addition, the lack of security is evident, since the access doors are often open and anyone can enter without restrictions.
Another aspect that I can't overlook is the lack of respect and consideration among the neighbors. Excessive noise and constants until late at night are a constant in this place. Coexistence has become unsustainable due to the lack of rules and the indifference of the administration to enforce the established rules.
