January 27, 2025Delay in responding We had an issue on Friday afternoon and a person came to check the stove after an hour the issue was reported and told it will be fixed by Tuesday as Sat, Sun and Monday are holidays. No one showed up on Tuesday and I contacted with leasing office and we were told Wednesday it will be fixed. We have to keep reminding the leasing office to get our issue fixed apart from that it’s all good.Property Manager Responded

December 27, 2024over priced for the value gym was down for over 6 months had to pay a crazy amount just to have parking and the floor model was completely different than the apartment i actually got. had i not of been in a rush to find a place to move into i would have looked into other places.Property Manager Responded

Horrible Maintenance And leasing office people
September 4, 2024I am currently residing in this apartment, and it has the worst maintenance I have ever experienced. The staff is unresponsive, and the leasing office seems to have no control over anything. An emergency maintenance issue with the pipeline has been pending for the last 12 days, yet there is no sense of responsibility towards tenants who pay their rent on time each month. I advise against signing a lease here; you will regret it.Property Manager Responded
