Maintenance is great as well as office staff Any time I have a maintenance issue it's handled right away. The office staff is polite and are attentive. They call and check up to make sure everything is going well. I love being a resident here the property is beautiful and they take care of everyone here.

Poor management lately When I first move, this village was very nice. Good community, clean and excellent management when I’m leaving unfortunately everything’s opposite. I can wish you all the best. Hopefully soon some positive change. I really don’t understand who is in charge the maintenance guy or somebody else?

Delay in responding We had an issue on Friday afternoon and a person came to check the stove after an hour the issue was reported and told it will be fixed by Tuesday as Sat, Sun and Monday are holidays. No one showed up on Tuesday and I contacted with leasing office and we were told Wednesday it will be fixed.
We have to keep reminding the leasing office to get our issue fixed apart from that it’s all good.

over priced for the value gym was down for over 6 months had to pay a crazy amount just to have parking and the floor model was completely different than the apartment i actually got.
had i not of been in a rush to find a place to move into i would have looked into other places.
