The amenities are absolutely fantastic and cater to all kinds of lifestyles. As someone who enjoys staying active, I was thrilled to find a modern gym that’s well-equipped, making it easy for me to keep up with my workout routine. The pool area is beautiful and provides the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun after a long day.

...basketball and pickleball courts available. It’s a great way to stay active and meet neighbors who share similar interests. And for fellow dog owners, the dog park is a wonderful feature! It’s a safe and fun space for my furry friend to play and socialize with other dogs.
The floor plans at Blue South Townhomes are truly top of the line. I was impressed by how spacious and thoughtfully designed each unit is, maximizing both comfort and functionality. The modern finishes and abundance of natural light make it feel like a true home.
One of the biggest perks for me is the location. Being right next to the rail line means I have immediate access to Uptown, which is fantastic for dining, shopping, and entertainment. It makes commuting so much easier!
What truly stood out to me, though, was the amazing customer service. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager right after a meeting, and she introduced herself warmly, which made a great impression. I also got to meet the whole team, and I can’t thank them enough for their friendliness and professionalism. Their dedication to residents is evident, and it made me feel even more excited about the prospect of living here.
Overall, I can confidently say that Blue South Townhomes is a fantastic place to live. The combination of luxury, convenience, and a vibrant community atmosphere makes it a top choice in my book. I can’t wait to call this place home!
