April 11, 2025Where to begin with this community.. if there’s a delay in your home they might put you up in a rental unit. They will tell you it’s complimentary for the 10 days. Two months later, they’ll ask for payment of the rental which is more than your unit since it’s prorated. In our case, the house didn’t even have water when we were forced out of the rental unit and into the unfinished house. Your house will have faulty wiring and there will be leaks in your roof and windows will be unsealed. Even the ...fences are poorly installed and will topple over with the breeze. Hurricane season is truly something else here. I have nothing to say about those that work in the office. New Perfect Home
August 26, 2024I recently had the pleasure of visiting Blue South Townhomes, and I have to say, it’s one of the best living communities I’ve come across! The amenities are absolutely fantastic and cater to all kinds of lifestyles. As someone who enjoys staying active, I was thrilled to find a modern gym that’s well-equipped, making it easy for me to keep up with my workout routine. The pool area is beautiful and provides the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun after a long day. I also love that there are ...basketball and pickleball courts available. It’s a great way to stay active and meet neighbors who share similar interests. And for fellow dog owners, the dog park is a wonderful feature! It’s a safe and fun space for my furry friend to play and socialize with other dogs. The floor plans at Blue South Townhomes are truly top of the line. I was impressed by how spacious and thoughtfully designed each unit is, maximizing both comfort and functionality. The modern finishes and abundance of natural light make it feel like a true home. One of the biggest perks for me is the location. Being right next to the rail line means I have immediate access to Uptown, which is fantastic for dining, shopping, and entertainment. It makes commuting so much easier! What truly stood out to me, though, was the amazing customer service. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager right after a meeting, and she introduced herself warmly, which made a great impression. I also got to meet the whole team, and I can’t thank them enough for their friendliness and professionalism. Their dedication to residents is evident, and it made me feel even more excited about the prospect of living here. Cheap Quality and Bad Management
November 28, 2023When we first moved in, we noticed that the quality of the place was complete trash. The stairs were creaky, walls are very thin, hardwood floors absorbed liquids, pins and needles in the carpet, switches in the panel keep jumping spoiling our food in the fridge. But no no no, they aren’t responsible for that they say. I emailed the manager I suppose, Crystal, and she responded after 3 weeks or so. Thank goodness I forwarded the email to her 4 times, otherwise, I might have waited until the next ...year. Waited all that time for an email to say we would still have to clean and get the carpet shampooed when we leave. Every time I see someone on a golf cart touring, or walking in the front office, I want to tell them to leave and don’t come back, otherwise they will experience a nightmare like us. I believe from now on, I will try to warn everyone that comes. Tell them to not make this mistake.Property Manager Responded

Blu South is lovely
June 13, 2023I met with Jayna and Ivy at Blu South last week. They were both wonderful. They answered all of my questions and took me on a guided tour to several of their model townhomes. The community felt safe, it was clean, well maintained and family friendly. I'm still weighing the pros and cons of where to move my family, North Carolina or South Carolina. If I decide to make NC home, a call to Jayna and Ivy at Blu South will be my first call.Property Manager Responded
