August 29, 2024By far, this is my favorite department I’ve had in years. The Maintenance is great. They’re always on top and they’re good person. The management is good when I need their help. They’re always there to help. I would suggest this to anybody that wants to move into an apartment, but this is a good place.Property Manager Responded

May 27, 2024Since BluWater was sold to Greystar while I’ve lived here the monthly fees have shot up, parking rules and fees were implemented without being enforced, and work done of the buildings looks like it is largely done by amateurs and tree trimming and the like is done by an outfit working after hours (still working at 1030pm) with no markings on their equipment. My apartment itself is lovely and I love living across from Silver Lake.Property Manager Responded
