March 31, 2026Los estacionamientos son increíblemente chicos y no disponibles si no pagas por uno y los precios son exageradamente caros si los comparo a otras comunidades aquí en el mismo sector, debería haber a lo menos un estacionamiento asignado por departamenro y si se necesita otro ahí arrendar uno. Great time so far
September 22, 2024My family is loving our Bluwater apartment! We were approved when others turned us down! My daughter loves her new school and going to play at the park at the nearby silverlake! August 29, 2024By far, this is my favorite department I’ve had in years. The Maintenance is great. They’re always on top and they’re good person. The management is good when I need their help. They’re always there to help. I would suggest this to anybody that wants to move into an apartment, but this is a good place.Property Manager Responded

May 27, 2024Since BluWater was sold to Greystar while I’ve lived here the monthly fees have shot up, parking rules and fees were implemented without being enforced, and work done of the buildings looks like it is largely done by amateurs and tree trimming and the like is done by an outfit working after hours (still working at 1030pm) with no markings on their equipment. My apartment itself is lovely and I love living across from Silver Lake.Property Manager Responded
