May 27, 2024Since BluWater was sold to Greystar while I’ve lived here the monthly fees have shot up, parking rules and fees were implemented without being enforced, and work done of the buildings looks like it is largely done by amateurs and tree trimming and the like is done by an outfit working after hours (still working at 1030pm) with no markings on their equipment.
