over a week), the pest control visits are irregular and without notice, certain residents are allowed to break complex rules and local laws (such as leashes on pets) with no repercussions, and getting repairs done has become seemingly impossible. Our air conditioning has been out over a week and I have yet to receive a call or visit in response to my repair requests. These apartments are beautifully located and extremely convenient to stores and restaurants. The rent and utilities are reasonable and actually cheaper than several other places I have lived. I have truly enjoyed living here, but I am in the process of saving to move simply because I no longer feel safe or as if our health or the condition of the apartment is important in the least. As a temporary situation this location is nice, but I cannot recommend these apartments long term.
