I and my teenage daughter have lived here for over a year. The "flat" is small but perfect for just the two of us. Two bedrooms, nice bathroom, living room and a small kitchen are as you would expect, but i was happy to find 4 closets, a linen closet and a kitchen pantry as well. The downside has been the "staff". The manager was nice and friendly for a while but now has become distant and uncooperative. For some reason the Maintenance men don't last long (I have not seen the current one for ...
over a week), the pest control visits are irregular and without notice, certain residents are allowed to break complex rules and local laws (such as leashes on pets) with no repercussions, and getting repairs done has become seemingly impossible. Our air conditioning has been out over a week and I have yet to receive a call or visit in response to my repair requests. These apartments are beautifully located and extremely convenient to stores and restaurants. The rent and utilities are reasonable and actually cheaper than several other places I have lived. I have truly enjoyed living here, but I am in the process of saving to move simply because I no longer feel safe or as if our health or the condition of the apartment is important in the least. As a temporary situation this location is nice, but I cannot recommend these apartments long term.
