Overall the place was OK for the short 6 months I stayed there, aside from the fact that the carpet was clearly not even vacuumed before I moved in, much less steam cleaned like they claimed. Carpet was packed with fur, anything that fell on it was immediately coated with fur. I didn't notice it immediately after my move in until later that week. By then it was too late to do much about it as I had already moved in. Then during move out, they had the audacity to charge me a $64 "damage carpet
...clean" fee to clean the carpet, which clearly wasn't done for my move in. I never had any pets or animals of any kind, I tried vacuuming repeatedly which improved it a bit, but mostly had little effect on the situation. When I called to see if they would simply waive that fee, as it wasn't right for me to pay it since I was turning in the apartment in a much cleaner condition than I received it, I was simply told that since I didn't note it on the move in slip there was nothing they could do... It was obvious then they were just out to keep my $400 deposit. Would not recommend to anyone...
