Hydee gave me a tour of apartment #638, and I was pleased with the amenities and condition of the apartment. September 28, 2020When manager was prompted over multiple issues with apartment she responded rudely and asked me to submit a work order which I did, also took more than a week to fix and was not let know if it was fixed or why it took that long, the apartments are nice but people who are managing it are putting a really bad reputation, I will not recommend or re-new contract.Review from Apartments.com

September 14, 2020Brady Station is a great location for my boyfriend and I. We are not that far from neither of our jobs, its in between our parents and its around local stores and restaurants. The only thing that I will complain about is that the office staff is horrible about answering their phones and never getting back to you on things. The maintenance staff is horrible I request services and nothing gets done Ive been living here almost a month and I havent got anything that I have requested the second day of ...living here fixed. Ok, but watch out!
January 30, 2019Overall the place was OK for the short 6 months I stayed there, aside from the fact that the carpet was clearly not even vacuumed before I moved in, much less steam cleaned like they claimed. Carpet was packed with fur, anything that fell on it was immediately coated with fur. I didn't notice it immediately after my move in until later that week. By then it was too late to do much about it as I had already moved in. Then during move out, they had the audacity to charge me a $64 "damage carpet ...clean" fee to clean the carpet, which clearly wasn't done for my move in. I never had any pets or animals of any kind, I tried vacuuming repeatedly which improved it a bit, but mostly had little effect on the situation. When I called to see if they would simply waive that fee, as it wasn't right for me to pay it since I was turning in the apartment in a much cleaner condition than I received it, I was simply told that since I didn't note it on the move in slip there was nothing they could do...
