Wonderful Place
February 24, 2025Chris was the best leasing agent I have ever worked with! I have toured tons of apartments and this by far was the best one! I got lost and Chris quickly answered the phone then continued to talk with me until I found the office. He was so kind and helpful. He spent an hour answering all my questions and even stayed late to show me the units I wanted to see. He went above & beyond and then some. He was such a delight. Someone give that wonderful man a raise! The units were super cute, a great ...size, very affordable for the area, well maintained, also the community was clean and very quiet. I ran into a couple residents and they were so polite. I was extremely impressed as I have dealt with lots of shady apartments lately. Bremerton Park exceeded my expectations and then some! Not to mention the price was the same in person as online which is rare when apartment hunting. A true hidden gem!Property Manager Responded

Property and maintenance
June 8, 2020I’ve been here for a year now and just renewed my lease. Reason? I love it here. With the gated community, friendly office staff it is great!! Just resigned for another year! And our Maintenance guy Hawk is awesome! He is always everywhere on property. He knows me on sight and always has time to say “Hi, How Ya doing? I have lived in other apartments and maintenance was never this friendly or caring about the tenants.Property Manager Responded

Renewing our lease
June 3, 2020We love our apt. We live on the third floor and have not one but two large decks with an abundance of sunlight coming in from both and the elevated windows. In addition, we have a wonderful staff. Danielle and Hawk go out of their way to accommodate any issues that we have had. Being employed by another property, I can attest to the high standards that they aspire to. Lastly, we appreciate the fact with our renewal there wasn't a rent increase which encourages us to stay here and call this home ...for a long time to come. Thank you !!!Property Manager Responded

Grateful for Bremerton Park
May 20, 2020Danielle the property manager and Tomi her assistant have been very kind and helpful and resourceful through the years of my family living in Bremerton appartment complex. They care to help and support. We love the pool and the green inner space. The newsletter with perks from time to time..like cleaning the carpet after the first 2 years at no cost. We feel welcomed and that we made new friends..and our neighbors gave been awesome, supportive and very friendly. Danielle and Hawk our maintenance ...person are doing the best they can for our welfare. Hawk is always smiling, offering to help, open to listening and sharing and overall the proffesional team here is a joy. Thank you Proce Brothers for your wonderful Bremertom Park apartment complex that makes our life pleasant on a daily ongoing basis. Beautiful and Caring
May 15, 2020This is a great area! The grounds are well taken care of and the property is beautiful. The neighbors are caring and nice and the staff is very attentive and kind.
