Max, Julls, Nate, and Carl are always great at making sure to get work orders done in a timely manner too, within reason. Chelsea, Alyssa, and Roberto are very good at following up with any lease questions and are very helpful with any resident needs. Highly recommend living at Brigham. November 12, 2025I have lived at Brigham for about 4 months so far and absolutely love it! I would highly recommend it to anyone. Somethings that I have loved so far: the walkability in the area, the office staff is very friendly and responsive, maintenance is good with completing work orders in a timely manner (within reason), amenity spaces are clean and well kempt, plenty of parks nearby for me to take my dog to, the residents there are friendly, and they put on some fun resident events as well! The location couldn’t be better — everything downtown is within walking distance, but the building still feels peaceful and quiet. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They truly go above and beyond for all the residents that live here, and I love that they always remember my name. The maintenance team is quick to respond and keeps everything running ...smoothly. The amenities are a huge plus — the pool, hot tub, and new gym are all well cared for, and the coffee bar is a great touch. The recent updates have made the property look fresh and modern. I live the views that I see every day along with the amenities provide; such as a swimming pool where I can “do my pool walking” and exercise as well a the indoor amazing play area for my grandchildren! Also the areas inside and outside where family and other visitors may visit. My apartment is perfect for me in size needs and the duties of cleaning and maintenance for areas inside and outside are provided for me!
