The building is maintained well, the staff friendly, the location incredible with city access out the front doors on South Temple and quiet neighborhood walking out the back side on 1st Ave. The amenities and community spaces are inviting and well cared for. Max, Julls, Nate, and Carl are always great at making sure to get work orders done in a timely manner too, within reason. November 12, 2025I have lived at Brigham for about 4 months so far and absolutely love it! I would highly recommend it to anyone. Somethings that I have loved so far: the walkability in the area, the office staff is very friendly and responsive, maintenance is good with completing work orders in a timely manner (within reason), amenity spaces are clean and well kempt, plenty of parks nearby for me to take my dog to, the residents there are friendly, and they put on some fun resident events as well! The location couldn’t be better — everything downtown is within walking distance, but the building still feels peaceful and quiet. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They truly go above and beyond for all the residents that live here, and I love that they always remember my name. The maintenance team is quick to respond and keeps everything running ...smoothly.
