The team we currently have leading the Brigham is by far the best we've had. Chelsea leads a strong team fiercely and she is always willing to work with the residents and always makes sure we're doing okay and taken care of. Alyssa is new to the team, but she is so incredibly knowledgeable about the Brigham already, she has been such a great asset and a pleasure to work with. ...Roberto is soft spoken, but holds the standard for Customer Service, I've never had an unpleasant encounter with him.
