Brigham apartments have a welcoming environment that feels like home. The facilities are kept clean and inviting and there are so many areas to choose from. The apartments are clean and well maintained. Any issues are handled quickly and professionally by the maintenance team. Love the proximity to down town and work.

The building is very well maintained inside and out and the staff is excellent. The apartment is well laid out with plenty of storage. We really enjoy the proximity to downtown and being able to walk to theaters, music, coffee shops, shopping and easy access to public transportation.

I have been at Brigham Apartments for years now. I've seen changes in the staff, the building, neighbors, and community. The team we currently have leading the Brigham is by far the best we've had. Chelsea leads a strong team fiercely and she is always willing to work with the residents and always makes sure we're doing okay and taken care of. Alyssa is new to the team, but she is so incredibly knowledgeable about the Brigham already, she has been such a great asset and a pleasure to work with. ...
Roberto is soft spoken, but holds the standard for Customer Service, I've never had an unpleasant encounter with him. The leasing office is the standard that Greystar should look for. I will forever recommend the Brigham strictly because of the team. I love it here.
