Continuously before, The Burien Place complex receives a new Management Team twice if not three times a year! So it was only a matter of how long is this one staying. ...took the opportunity to make a newsletter, fix up the Laundry Room and even allowed us Free Garbage Day for an upcoming Unit Inspection. What a huge difference! This is a manager who cares for his complex and his tenants, not only by asking what we would like our community to look like and what we would like to see improved on, but also helping our parking situation ( since we have no assigned), and written request box for Any unit maintenance. He's also very flexible with Financial Situations when My Mother had lost her job and we were upcoming the First of The Month. I've bragged about my management team to friends and co-workers who actually do envy me. I'm so thankful for this new team. Made my living so much less stressful and more livable. Thank You!
