This place is just wow. There is not a single negative thing I have in mind for this place. Don’t hesitate to move in here. Wakita , Ramona, and every management person will do anything to make you feel comfortable. They are very responsive and quick. Thanks again Camden for small small gestures that u guys do for your residents. It means a lot.

I've been looking for an apartment for about two week and was indecisive. Until I came cross this amazing Community. Their staff were extremely nice and very informing. The pool was every clean and there gym had everything I needed to workwout. It was a easy pick for me. Can't wait to move in.

I have been resident of Camden Stonebridge for years now and I have to say this is the best management team ever! The ladies in the office are so nice and helpful, they always give us gifts and have resident activities. The Maintenance team goes above and beyond and are very responsive. I am a happy resident.

The Camden Stonebridge team is the best! I always talk to Lisseth when I go in the office and she takes care of all my request. Cynthia is really nice too, I don't really know the other two ladies but they always have a smile on their face and seem very genuine. Great place to call home!

Christina always greets you with the sweetest smile. My move move in houston

Love my place! Pet friendly, fast response from maintenance, clean & friendly environment...Office staff if great & always available to meet my needs! Can't get enough of the many appreciation parties were given as residents from pizza night, refreshments by the pool or just a meet & greet. Awesome place to live!

I found Camden Stonebridge after a "disaster" of a search for an apartment. I had already planned to move into another place and when I showed up to sign the lease, the apartment was in terrible shape. Desperate to find a place, I decided to stop at Camden Stonebridge and was immediately met with a warm welcome! I was shown a spotless apartment that was ready to be rented. Best of all, their application process happens right there on the spot. I was immediately approved and was able to move in ...
that day, which was a huge relief because I already had many of my belongings with me. The staff is awesome and they were able to address the minor issues (missing ice bucket in the freezer and kitchen drawer needed a new rail) after I moved in. The community is very clean and well manicured and the property is very quiet. Parking is easy but there are dedicated/covered spots and garages if you want to pay extra for your own. Also, having cable and internet included was a huge convenience for me, all I had to do was go to an Xfinity store to get my equipment. Overall, my experience has been great here. Although it is a little pricier that some of the other places in the area, you definitely get what you pay for and you can tell that they truly care about their residents.

I have been into several apartment complexes in my life and this one is the best that I have ever been in. People are nice and polite. Very helpful staff and the maintenance staff is great with getting things done in a timely manner. I absolutely love the on site pool and BBQ grills and smoke pit.

I have been a resident at Camden Stonebridge for a while now and I just want to let everyone know how amazing it is! The location and the neighbors are awesome! I never have to worry about security here, or loud neighbors. All of the people on my floor are friendly and I have gotten to know each one of them. I am happy to live in a place where I feel safe with my son and my dog! The community also offers garages which is a huge benefit to me since the weather here in Houston is super hot! If I ...

Wonderful place to live

I have lived at Camden Stonebridge for over 11 years now. I am glad to enjoy wonderful neighbors who have been here even longer than me. The property is well maintained and beautiful. The management, maintenance and security staff are professional, efficient and friendly. I love the layout of my apartment, the largest one-bedroom, and have enjoyed many upgrades to my unit throughout the years: new carpet, new wood floors, new appliances and new paint. If you need it, just ask, and repairs, ...
maintenance and upgrades are promptly handled. I highly recommend Camden Stonebridge to anyone who is seeking a conveniently located apartment very close to all the best Houston has to offer!

New Rules and New Management

Had I written this review 6-8 months ago, it would have gotten 5 stars. However, recent changes in the staff, new rules, and having water shut off on an almost weekly basis for "preventative maintenance" is starting to wear on me. The location is awesome (Beltway8/Sam Houston Tollway is less than 2 minutes away, I-10 and Hwy 59 both less than 10), and it's not too far from a few Houston hot-spots, but far enough to not be affected by the traffic. The apartments themselves are nice and the ...
residents here are rather quiet. Rent amount is pretty comparable to other complexes here. Units include washers and dryers and the maintenance staff fixes things within 24-48 hours (usually within 24). This month the complex has decided to stop receiving packages on the behalf of their residents. So if you like to do a lot of online shopping, have prescriptions that are delivered via FedEx, etc., you either have to schedule to have them picked up at a UPS/FedEx location or risk your package sitting outside until you get home. There is also apparently some issue with the water here, because as I mentioned almost weekly, the water is shut off a couple of hours for "preventative maintenance" (may be the reason for the high water bill...). It's usually during the day time. Lastly, the new crew of staff members aren't as friendly as past ones. I've been at this complex for two years, and almost everyone is new. The few interactions I have had with the new crew haven't been that great, but since I can no longer pick up packages, I don't really talk to them anyway! Overall, the complex is nice. Other than the three nuances I mentioned, I've really enjoyed living here. If you're considering moving here, take the tour and see if the amenities fit your wants and needs. Happy apartment hunting!
