Worst and most Unsecure place for your family
December 19, 2021I lived here for 3 years and there are so many break-in almost 2-3 every week, tires and rims being stolen, keying the cars, breaking car windows, cutting catalytic converters break-in into apartments, And all you hear from managements is they will contact PD and increase the patrol, but never i saw patrol until after a break-in happens. they don't do the repairs on time and properly. DONT TRUST THE 5 STAR RATINGS. all the rules and regulation are for residents only. management doesn't take any ...responsibility. if repairs are not done its fault for 3rd party contractor. if thefts happen its fault for PD, but when every thing is fine they want to get the credit for it. if any thing goes wrong blame it on others. and on top of it rents are too high and keep increasing every year. Insulation is also not good which is disturbing and increases your power consumption. SO STAY AWAY FROM CAMDEN, there are lot many better properties that this.Property Manager Responded

Yes, we have requested more closed patrols from Stafford PD. However, I want to reiterate that this does not prevent crime and it’s very possible incidents may still occur. Our maintenance team does a great job responding to service requests in a timely manner. At times, there are repairs that need to be done by an outside vendor to resolve a service issue which is possible to delay completion. don't be fooled by 5 star ratings
November 26, 2019Rent increases by $100 every year with no changes or improvements to the neighborhood. I have received mail and packages that are not mine several times- I always leave it on the correct apartment doorstep but it makes me wonder how much of my mail goes to the wrong address. I have had a couple missing packages that never found it's way to me. I brought this up to the front office month ago but nothing has been done. I've lived here barely a year and water has been shut off twice, with no notice ...and at very inconvenient times. WiFi has also been known to randomly stop working, usually after 10pm. Never any parking space- plan to park in the visitor lot if you're not going to spend even more money every month for a reserved spot.Property Manager Responded
November 30, 2019Thank you so much for your feedback. Our maintenance staff is amazing at what they do and we're glad that you love them. We have made multiple improvements throughout the community such as the new fencing around our property and installing door armor to all the doors. With the mail delivery, we cannot control how and where mail is delivered with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We have been in contact with the USPS about the mail delivery service and its need for improvement. The water outages were unexpected and we're at the mercy of our vendors on when they turn off the water to resolve any issues with the water piping. Inaccurate Floor Plans
September 18, 2019I moved from out of state and picked a floor plan specifically due to the size. After moving in, both bedrooms are 2 and a half feet smaller in one direction. After talking to the manager, all she had to say is it is not her fault while she knows they misrepresented the floor plan. I had brought this issue up twice in the month and a half of living here and she had the courage to say she didn't hear about it anymore so she did not even contact me back.Property Manager Responded

Love my property
March 27, 2019I want to acknowledge the office staff here at Camden Sugar Grove. They are always welcoming and always have good customer services. Anytime I come in rather it’s to make a maintenance request or just pass by someone always greets me with a smile. My maintenance requests always get done in a timely matter. September 23, 2018So I've been living here for going on 4 years and I absolutely love it. The maintenance team is incredible! Sometimes I see them here working late at night and I can't help but feel thankful to live at a place where the maintenance is that dedicated. The office staff is just as wonderful. Every time I walk into the office they stand and welcome me with a smile (not something that usually happens any more in any business, but something that I've paid attention to and absolutely love). The level of ...respect they have just by walking through the door is note worthy. I appreciate how beautiful they keep the landscaping also. You definitely get what you pay for. Worst Management ever

Great place to live

February 26, 2018Rosie and her front office staff is helpful and prompt. Maintenance handles your work requests fast and the complex is generally quiet. I would recommend living here if you're looking for an apartment community in a great location, close to many restaurants and places for entertainment.
