Mold growth - office is HORRIBLE at communicating
July 30, 2022 - Reseña de Apartments.comI noticed I had mold growing in my ceiling. It’s very obvious that it’s mold because it was dark, fuzzy and was causing my ceiling to cave in from leak that was there. I submitted a ticket to get it fixed and/or removed from my apartment. I come and see that they just PAINTED OVER IT! I sent the office an email saying how disappointed I was at this and I haven’t received a response. Plus it’s still there which lets me know they haven’t informed maintenance to come and fix it.Property Manager Responded

The staff has been amazing and friendly! My first two days living here I had to submit a maintenance request & my issue was fixed professionally and same day! We have an amazing dog park, 2 swimming pools, priority trash pickup & a fitness center! We also have housekeeping that we can utilize if needed! I feel safe in my unit and really enjoy being here! June 24, 2021 - Reseña de Apartments.comBeen living here for a week. Maintenance got out here fast to take care of the few kinks left. Far as the apartment goes everything is very clean and fresh. Jovonne and Tiffany in the office are awesome and always on top of things no matter how busy they get! I am really appreciative and happy with my apartment so far. I’ve known about these apartments since my teenage years but never imagine living in them in my adult years and they’re still chill apartments with good people. -TB

April 24, 2021 - Reseña de Apartments.comI live in a 1 bedroom that has two windows, even 1 in the kitchen! 2 sets of sliding glass doors. So much light & unique floor plan. Mgmt is great and reply fast to concerns and fix problems. Love my apt life here!!

February 23, 2021 - Reseña de Apartments.comI moved in on Feb. 2020. First impressions were great from the staff to the apartment unit itself. They were in the middle switching owners I believe. My unit was great but the walls are thinner than apartment complexes that are built now. I didn’t have many issues in the apartment itself and if I did maintenance responded quickly! If I had any other questions I got super quick responses from the management team. If they didn’t respond as fast then I would just send a follow-up or go to the ...office and talk to them directly. The biggest issue I had was that my upstairs neighbors were loud at random times. A lot of the time it wasn’t affecting sleep or anything so I let it slide. I decided to renew and just transferred to a first floor unit and so far I am loving it. Understand that if you’re going to consider living here that you are getting an affordable place (compared to the complexes around it) but it comes with thinner walls (built in the 80s) and you might get noisy, inconsiderate neighbors (but you can get those at any complex). Lastly, it’s kid-friendly, pet-friendly, close to a lot of stuff (Target, Walmart, Hulen Mall, etc.) and I have not seen one roach or any other bug (in my old unit).Leer Más

July 19, 2020 - Reseña de Apartments.comI moved in to Cameron creek January of 2020. Since then I’ve had issues and beginning in March I’ve placed 15+ work orders for my AC/maintenance. My place can get up to 90 degrees (set on 67). Not until 7/15/2020 me contacting the manager we found a solution and the whole unit was rusted and not working. On Friday I was suppose to have a working unit and when I called to report my unit was hot. The Mainantance guy arrived and told its broken which I am aware and the company didn’t bring what they ...were suppose to. In the mean time I received a portable AC. That is blowing heat in the back of it and cannot reach proper. I have to wait until Monday/Tuesday for proper AC and is being told I will not be compensated for timely manner and they had fixed the solution. That is a lie.Leer Más

March 18, 2020 - Reseña de Apartments.comThis place was amazing at first, staff was helpful, people actually answered the phone, management pretty much left you alone. Now that somebodys moved in upstairs and Ive realized exactly how thin the walls are and how cheaply these units were made, Ive started feeling quite a bit different. My expensive washer and dryer have to be stored in an outside utility closet, doing laundry outside in the winter isnt fun. The bathtubs they decided on were meant for 6 year olds, not adults. They want to ...fine me $250 for removing the fire alarm from the wall three months ago when it randomly went off at 2am for no reason (there was never any fire) and removing it from the wall was the only way to make it stop as it was hardwired. Mostly my upstairs neighbor is an absolute nightmare, from excessive noise at all hours of the day and night to soil and mud falling down onto my patio because the idiots dont know how to water plants and ruining all my stuff in the process. Maybe wouldnt be such a huge con if the office would answer their phones and maybe do something about it from any of the other many times Ive called about them. I almost considered paying their ridiculous $2500 fee or whatever it is to move early, between everything listed above and the constant disruptions from noisy neighbors, staff and contractors, there is no peace here.Leer Más

July 2, 2019 - Reseña de Apartments.comI wouldn’t wish these apartments on my worst enemy. They have terrible customer service. Never answer the phone when you have an issue. The trash valet they force you to pay misses trash day and Cameron creek will charge you another $25 (each time) over your $30 a month charge for it not getting picked up. The apartments are really old and moldy. All they do is paint over it. I’ve gotten to have the mold in the apartment cleaned at least once every two months. It’s ridiculous. When it rains it ...sinks through the ceiling and leave dark brown spots. I am counting the days for my lease to be up.Leer MásProperty Manager Responded
