I was only here the first 3rd of the year as I had to move, but my time here at Cannon South was lovely from beginning to end. The property manager Marie was very outgoing and helpful when I was signing my lease, and she was always very responsive during my stay. The complex itself is cute, small, and maintained very well.
Though the star of the show has to go to my man HECTOR!! I have never experienced such fast maintenance and I don't think you can get any better unless the guy is standing
...outside your door at all times. If your AC breaks down during a heat wave, you definitely don't have to worry about being stuck in a miserably hot apartment.
The only negative thing I can say is, if you're on a first floor apartment, bugs are a possibility. It's kind of inevitable wherever you are though, as I've had to realize. Management was quick to help though and they will send out pest control to spray INSIDE the apartment to really get the issue resolved.
Now for my favorite thing about Cannon South overall: ... THE KITTIES! If you're a cat person like me this complex is heaven. They often roam around at night and they're friendly too! They also probably serve as secondary pest control!
