        They got roaches!!! Run don’t walk they will make you pay all this money to live with infested roaches smh these apartments need to be shut down!!! I had to throw away all my belongings because of roaches I only been here a couple n months n left I couldn’t deal with it.

        Esta reseña la escribo para ayudar a todos los que pueda y no cometan el mismo error que e cometido yo. Llegue a este condominio en noviembre del 2024 y el día que escribí esta reseña es diciembre 26 del 2024, solo un mes vasta para haber encontrado 10 escorpiones, tengo una nena de 3 años y no dejo de pensar que en cualquier momento me la pique un animal de esos, ella está aterrada por que ha presenciado ella misma varios de estos animales paseándose por la casa, tiene miedo de caminar y jugar ...
        en el piso de la casa. El condominio me dice q estoy es normal y fumigan con un liquido ahí q lejos de matar o espantar estos animales creo q los atraen. Esta es mi experiencia

During a recent tour, I was taken aback when the leasing agent requested a photocopy of my ID. The request was made hastily, leaving little room for discussion or refusal. In all my years of touring apartments, I have never encountered such a practice. The swift request for a photocopy of my ID raised red flags for me, and I couldn't help but question the legality and necessity of such ...

        8 plexes spaced out with pet friendly attractive landscaping and paths, 2 gorgeous pools that are kept clean by the maintenance crew, all our repair requests were taken care of quickly and we never had issues with crime. Our 1 bedroom unit was one of the remodeled ones. Only reason for 4 stars vs 5 was the annual rent increases.

        I do not recommend renting in this complex! Work orders never get completed! My AC has been spilling water into the carpet, the water from the toilet has been ready for 24 days now, master bathroom, shower knob has black stuff not sure is mold! This has caused extreme frustration, anxiety, emotional distress, and overwhelmed

        I have been here for 3 years, property is always littered with trash, people fighting in parking lots, my vehicle was broken into and pipes stolen, have had a rock thrown threw my window, several water leaks and bad plumbing. Spoke to neighbors and they too had cars broken into...now the exterior lights haven't worked for 2 months leaving our vehicles in the dark. Horrible and no body cares in Capri office!

      • It’s not worth it, find something else

        Have been living here for about a year now and will be moving out. The property was worth the price almost when we moved in originally but now that they’ve raised rent a lot of our neighbors seem to be leaving and we will be doing so as well. The amenities seem to always be closed or in repair. The office is full of people who don’t know how to do their job. The gates are always broken so it isn’t really a ‘gated community’ The police are there on a weekly basis and plan on walking half a mile ...
        from your ‘assigned’ parking to your apartment with all your groceries even though your parking space is right in front of an apartment who’s parking space in right in front of your apartment, both in totally different buildings and the office will just tell you it’s not their problem. I highly recommend finding a different property as I’m sure any other property at this price point would be a better option.

        I moved out of state this month and as I’m reading the reviews for my next apartment I decided to check out these reviews to gain some idea if reviews are truly accurate. When I first moved in it wasn’t deep cleaned just dressed up to appear clean. All the repair jobs are really sloppy. Like we had a leak right above my shower and maintenance had to cut a 3x3 hole out. Well when he repaired the drywall he didn’t take the time to sand it flat, instead just spraying texture then I’m about a ...
        month that spot started turning yellow.. For the most part the complex is quite besides the kids that play outside they also don’t clean up after themselves. The one thing that did annoy me was how many ppl didn’t pick up after there dog.. I’m not the cleanest person ever(sometimes I won’t rinse my soda can before throwing it away & I’ll leave food out over night) but I’ve never had a cockroach or any pest problems living there. Management does suck though. Sometimes it would be 3 days before they got back to you. Overall not a bad experience and would happily stay move into her if this was located in Houston since I’m struggling to find a decent apartment without a pest problem. Almost all the reviews for the apartments I’m looking at have reviews about it being infested with roaches hence why I came here reading the reviews about this place

      • THEFT AND DESTRUCTION

        I don’t know how Capri received 4 stars!! Don’t believe the listed photos, come take a look for yourself!!!!! Just read the reviews. It tells a true story of how this complex really is. Office did not respond to my emails in a timely matter on a theft incident at our home. Capri security told me not to call them but to call the police. Rent is too high for an area that has homeless people roaming through the trash all hours of the night. People riding through on bikes looking for something to ...
        steal. Water and trash fees went from $32 to $100 and steady going up! This was over a 3 year period. The trash dumpsters are a disaster. Maintenance team is awesome and my neighbors are decent people. So they must still be doing thorough background checks. I’m sure that will soon fall short as well when they did to feel empty units.

        If only I can give 0 star. We can’t wait to move out. Cockroach infested and they want us to pay for the spray fee. They even have a threathening remark, “if the cockroach infested the other units, you will be charge?” Is that legal? Too high of rental fees. Worst ever!!!!!!!!

        Nickle and dimed at every turn. These people are relentless: there are a DOZEN fees you have to pay that they don't tell you about on the lease. One day late on your move-out form? $30 fee per day. Cable is not on the lease, but that's $90 per month. Utilities fees called "CAM charges" and "Service Fee" $26 every month. They charge for watering the lawn, call it a "Water Utility Fee," $17 a month. Because you pay THEM for the utilities (instead of the city, the trash company, whatever), they can ...
        surcharge you all they want. I have a file full of bills from them to prove it. You think it's over when you move out? NOPE. Expect to get bills from them for TWO MORE MONTHS. It's predatory. They lure you in with a pretty decent rent price and then sucker punch you with fees for everything. Before you know it, $765 for a one bedroom turns into $920 just for rent (not including your regular bills like electricity and water). And to top it all off, their final bill says this: "schedule an in-house payment arrangement to avoid any third party collectors," literally threatening you with a collection agency so you don't contest their charges.

      • TERRIBLE NEW MANAGEMENT !

        Capri took over what was Camden Apartments, and this new management lacks communication! They overcharge with all the "new" features that don't make the complex any better as a whole. They will do anything to make themselves look like the good guys and screw you in the end. When your lease is up, they will give you a notice a day late so that way you are charged for another month's rent. After 3 years living here, I would never recommend this place to anyone; not even my worst enemy!
