I move around a lot due to the nature of my work. I have relocated and lived in 7 different states. I moved to Ohio in 2015 and made Carson farms my home till Feb. 2017. I went through 2 property managers but my experience did not change. Very prompt in response and maintenance. They will call you back when they see your missed calls,issues get attended to and fixed the same day even during after hours. Peaceful and quite neighbors.I did not have any issues with parking 95% of the time I parked
...right in front of my apartment, Rent is a bit on the high side compared to Delaware but it is well worth the cost due to the value you get back. Utility bills were ok be prepared to pay $50 average per month for water if you live in a 2 bed and 1.5 bath-It is a shared cost whether you use it or not. My first move in month electric bill was crazy,I had to call to speak my piece of mind till date,It was around $200.After that my average bill was $100.It went low as $70 during the summer months. Overall great apartment,new appliances and modern look inside and out .My only wish is they snow plough during winter.Having snow everywhere is not cool. Kudos to to the managing team,overall my stay was great
