Center Pointe has been the best apartments I have lived in by far! I grew up moving from apt to apt and have seen/had my fair share of horrors. It has been about 3 months since we have moved here and have nothing but good things to say.
The area is quiet but close to transit, with several nature trails to walk/explore. The office staff and maintenance are friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have and willing to find the answer for you. They have community get togethers, local ...
businesses come to host the tenants with amazing food, the park and pool are regularly maintained even when closed for the season!
We did have a issue with our washer and dryer when we moved in, (the things were ancient, like from 2006 lol) and maintenance had brand new ones ordered and replaced within a week! They kept us in the loop and were so sweet to try and be quiet while I worked from home while they installed the new appliances. These guys know how to treat their tenants with respect and kindness.
