    My partner and I moved into Center Point just a month ago and are absolutely loving it. The apartment itself is amazing, but above that the staff has been wonderful- from the front office to the maintenance and landscaping crew. In such a short time of us being here there's been events planned for the residents which is really appreciated. We're looking forward to the next year of living here!

    I have lived at Center Pointe for over a year. I love the layout of my 2BR apt and all the office & maintenance staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Whenever I submit a request for support it's always taken care of promptly.

  • Nice location, helpful management

    We lived at Center Pointe for a couple of years, and the staff was always super helpful. Very good maintenance team. It's a pretty quiet area, and we felt safe there. The management even helped us with a couple of requests after we moved, for which we are very grateful.

  • Maintenance team at Center Pointe Apts, Beaverton, Or.

    I have lived at Center Pointe apartments for over 24 years. I can honestly say the maintenance team here is the best I’ve ever seen. They are always friendly, courteous and helpful but mostly they ALWAYS do a great job of fixing any problem I have. Their knowledge and experience is superior. And they almost always get it done the same day as the request was submitted. We are lucky to have these guys.

    Although I didn't choose CenterPointe as my home, I had a wonderful experience. Richard gave me a tour, and he was welcoming, friendly, and thorough. I showed up unannounced and had a lot of questions for him. Units and property grounds were clean. I would've chosen CenterPointe if it were closer to work.

  • Great Experience with Leasing Team, Nice Community

    I have been living at Center Pointe for just under a year and I love it! We moved here from the East Coast and worked with the leasing office to rent an apartment, sight unseen. Richard from the leasing office helped us with this and he was a really good communicator which helped a lot since we were moving from across the country. I've lived, and rented in several states and I have to say my experience here has been my favorite. The maintenance team is very helpful and kind, the leasing ...
    office has the best community team Ive ever experienced, and the neighborhood is really nice. If I wasn't moving back home I would definitely stay here another year. Regarding our actual living experience - The neighbors have been really nice, Ive never had any experiences with roaches or other pests, the area is very quiet and calm. I work from home and I never have any issues with loud neighbors or construction. Parking is plentiful. There is a bike garage where residents can safely put their bikes. The MAX train is only a 15 minute walk away which makes getting around really easy. Overall I like it and Im glad I got to spend a year here.

  • Best Staff and a nice apartment

    Beautiful community with wonderful staff! Maintenance requests are take care of quickly with not much wait time like other places, the staff is super nice and go above and beyond to help the tenants. Overall, highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new house in Beaverton! Richard and his team helped me take care of my plants for more than a month when I was out on a trip, my plants are happy!

  • Best apartments and staff

    My wife and I moved to center Pointe apartments about two years ago and it was the best decision we could have made. Something that makes this apartment complex stand out more than anywhere else is Rich! He is the assistant community manager here and let me tell you something! He has been the most welcoming, caring, sweetest person anyone could ask for! He takes the time to understand what you need and will do what he can to help.     love living in these apartments for so many reasons. The community is nice, quiet, and safe. The units are spacious and feel like home. The amenities are outstanding here. Rich just so happens to be the cherry on top! We are very lucky to have him working here!

  • Apartments are great. Management is best!

    We have loved our time at Center pointe. Sequoia is a fantastic property management company and we recommend their properties to all our friends. Rich the assistant manager has been the highlight of our stay. From the moment we stepped foot on the property he has been so welcoming and supportive. He is always available to help us. He’s helped us with package delivery, our neighbors movers, passes out popsicles to all of us at the pool in the summers and has helped me when I’ve locked myself out! ...
    I feel like I always have someone in my corner here because of Rich. He’s truly the best and I will miss him dearly when I go on to my next chapter.

  • Easy to live+

    I walked in without an appointment because I had been looking at another place across the street and thought I might set something up while there. Chanell was so accommodating- she simply told me she was thrilled to talk, and showed me around, even without an appointment. In addition to being friendly and helpful, she followed up with me and has been great to work with since. I've met one or two others on the management team, and they've all been great. The maintenance staff is also flexible and ...
    accommodating. The location is just right for me, and has some added bonuses of being walking distance to some parks, and some new restaurants/retail, but still feels like you are removed from the hubbub. Move in was easy, and everything was clean and ready. So glad I ended up here.
