May 21, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comCenter Pointe has been the best apartments I have lived in by far! I grew up moving from apt to apt and have seen/had my fair share of horrors. It has been about 3 months since we have moved here and have nothing but good things to say. The area is quiet but close to transit, with several nature trails to walk/explore. The office staff and maintenance are friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have and willing to find the answer for you. They have community get togethers, local ...businesses come to host the tenants with amazing food, the park and pool are regularly maintained even when closed for the season! We did have a issue with our washer and dryer when we moved in, (the things were ancient, like from 2006 lol) and maintenance had brand new ones ordered and replaced within a week! They kept us in the loop and were so sweet to try and be quiet while I worked from home while they installed the new appliances. Great Experience with Leasing Team, Nice Community
March 25, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI have been living at Center Pointe for just under a year and I love it! We moved here from the East Coast and worked with the leasing office to rent an apartment, sight unseen. Richard from the leasing office helped us with this and he was a really good communicator which helped a lot since we were moving from across the country. I've lived, and rented in several states and I have to say my experience here has been my favorite. The maintenance team is very helpful and kind, the leasing ...office has the best community team Ive ever experienced, and the neighborhood is really nice. If I wasn't moving back home I would definitely stay here another year. Regarding our actual living experience - The neighbors have been really nice, Ive never had any experiences with roaches or other pests, the area is very quiet and calm. I work from home and I never have any issues with loud neighbors or construction. Parking is plentiful. There is a bike garage where residents can safely put their bikes. The MAX train is only a 15 minute walk away which makes getting around really easy. Overall I like it and Im glad I got to spend a year here.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

Best Staff and a nice apartment

Maintenance requests are take care of quickly with not much wait time like other places, the staff is super nice and go above and beyond to help the tenants. Overall, highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new house in Beaverton! November 2, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comMy wife and I moved to center Pointe apartments about two years ago and it was the best decision we could have made. Something that makes this apartment complex stand out more than anywhere else is Rich! He is the assistant community manager here and let me tell you something! He has been the most welcoming, caring, sweetest person anyone could ask for! He takes the time to understand what you need and will do what he can to help. He even remembers who I am and what unit I am in! I absolutely ...love living in these apartments for so many reasons. The community is nice, quiet, and safe. The units are spacious and feel like home. The amenities are outstanding here. Rich just so happens to be the cherry on top! Rich the assistant manager has been the highlight of our stay. From the moment we stepped foot on the property he has been so welcoming and supportive. He is always available to help us. He’s helped us with package delivery, our neighbors movers, passes out popsicles to all of us at the pool in the summers and has helped me when I’ve locked myself out! ...I feel like I always have someone in my corner here because of Rich.
