If there were "negative" stars, I would have given this place a negative 2 or 3.
I went for a visit and chose not to rent here. And let me tell you why. First, the leasing office is at another property. So you go there and for some very fishy reason, they ask for your driver's license - TO KEEP - while you go tour the facility. However, you have to get in your car to travel to the Centre Ridge apartments, and now you have to do this WITHOUT YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE. I will be keeping a keen

As soon as I got to the Centre Ridge building where the unoccupied apartment was located, I immediately wanted to turn around and walk out. The place reaked. I cannot even describe the smell. Quite overwhelming. Plus, there were huge stains on the carpet. And it was just dirty in general. And that's just the entry/hallway area. The apartment itself was much worse. It was obviously a smoker's apartment and hadn't been cleaned. I had a difficult time not gagging inside that apartment. On top of the smoke smell, there was a strong musty odor. And the bathrooms and floors were dirty.
Usually, you are shown a good, clean apartment - you know, to entice you to rent there. But if what I saw was their version of that, then I cannot imaging what a regular apartment must be like. The place was just nasty.
