I will say the units are pretty nice, although the upstairs in ours has really creaky floors but that’s whatever. Most neighbors keep to themselves which I don’t mind. The only people you’ll see out and about are the kids who live here. They tend to play in the grassy areas. For the gates you can use the code or the clicker they provide. Some times the keypads are a little wonky but they usually work. If you have more than two cars, finding parking inside the gated community sucks. Most people park on the street which isn’t too annoying, but there have been people who live out of their cars parked on the street where the residents park. They tend to leave but there’ll be like 1 or 2 people who do that within the year.
