I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish.
I stopped by to inquire about available apartments and was immediately told that no one was available to help me. I tried asking a few basic questions, but the person at the front desk seemed completely uninterested and simply told me to make an appointment online.
I did exactly that. I scheduled an 11:30 a.m. appointment, received multiple confirmation reminders, and planned my entire morning around
...it. When I arrived the next day, I was told there were no leasing agents working that day.
The woman at the front desk was kind and at least made an effort by calling maintenance to see if someone could give me a tour. Unfortunately, she was told to have me come back on Monday.
The problem is that I'm relocating and was only in town for the week. It was incredibly frustrating to have a confirmed appointment, receive reminders, and then find out no one was available to honor it.
If this is how prospective residents are treated, it doesn't give me much confidence about what the experience would be like after moving in. Based on my experience, I can understand why others have raised similar concerns in their reviews.
