Chase knolls has been the best thing that has happened to me. My children love it here, we are a family of 7, they love all the great amenities and all the new upcoming upgrades.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish.
I stopped by to inquire about available apartments and was immediately told that no one was available to help me. I tried asking a few basic questions, but the person at the front desk seemed completely uninterested and simply told me to make an appointment online.
I did exactly that. I scheduled an 11:30 a.m. appointment, received multiple confirmation reminders, and planned my entire morning around ...
it. When I arrived the next day, I was told there were no leasing agents working that day.
The woman at the front desk was kind and at least made an effort by calling maintenance to see if someone could give me a tour. Unfortunately, she was told to have me come back on Monday.
The problem is that I'm relocating and was only in town for the week. It was incredibly frustrating to have a confirmed appointment, receive reminders, and then find out no one was available to honor it.
If this is how prospective residents are treated, it doesn't give me much confidence about what the experience would be like after moving in. Based on my experience, I can understand why others have raised similar concerns in their reviews.

I’ve had a great experience at Chase Knolls. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a unique charm with all of the mature trees and open green spaces. The tenants are pleasant and present some appreciated diversity of backgrounds. The older units are charming, but lack adequate heat and AC. The open, green areas have been sacrificed to overdevelopment. The rules for the pool use need to be stricter re babies pooping, and tenants fail to observe the speed limit.

Chase Knolls is a quiet complex with unique residences. There are modern units mixed with adorable MCM apartments and bungalows. The grounds are beautiful and lush, great for an afternoon stroll. With a washer & dryer in every unit, a refreshing pool and a large gym what more could you ask for?!
