December 30, 2024The tenants are pleasant and present some appreciated diversity of backgrounds. The older units are charming, but lack adequate heat and AC. The open, green areas have been sacrificed to overdevelopment. The rules for the pool use need to be stricter re babies pooping, and tenants fail to observe the speed limit.Property Manager Responded
