I had a very frustrating experience. I scheduled a tour through Apartments.com for 12:45 PM and drove 40 minutes to view what was advertised as a two-bedroom apartment. Unfortunately, the GPS directions provided took me to the wrong street, causing me to arrive a few minutes late.
When I called the leasing office, I was told the leasing agent had gone to lunch and would not return until 2:00 PM. This was confusing because the system allowed me to schedule a tour during that time. After explaining ...
the situation, I was told I could look around the leasing office since it was representative of the apartments. The most disappointing part was being told there were no two-bedroom apartments available, despite the listing indicating otherwise. I specifically drove there to view a two-bedroom unit. When I explained that I had traveled 40 minutes for the appointment, my concerns were largely dismissed, and I felt there was little regard for the time and effort I had put into making the trip. I even suggested that they work with Apartments.com to correct any inaccurate information so future renters do not experience the same issue. After I returned to my car, a staff member came back outside and told me they had actually found a two-bedroom apartment available after all. However, I was then told I would still need to wait for the leasing agent to return. By that point it was already around 1:15 PM, and I was not willing to wait another 45 minutes to an hour after already experiencing so much confusion and misinformation. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, the information provided was inconsistent, and I left feeling that my time was not respected. I hope improvements are made so future prospective tenants have a better experience.

I’ve been living in Claridge Court for 3 1/2 years and love it here Plenty of parking. The grounds are always kept up with great maintenance service. Summer and winter clean ups.
If I need anything fixed due to wearing I have called it in to office or sent in an email thru our community portal those things I needed they are taken care of within the next day it was reported to them Shaina is my contact Asst Mgr and is a great person with a heart of gold to make things needed happen ...
also Donna is there always helping too
so again love this place and I will retire hear

I've been here for almost a year now and I'm grateful for my decision to move into the community. There hasn't been a moment I regretted my decision. Friendly neighbors, quiet nights and ample parking have all been part of my experience. The staff/management has been first class. Whether it's shoveling snow in the winter or planting flowers in the spring, they make the community better. Shaina helped me pick out the perfect apartment that has exceeded my expectations. management or maintenance has been great. I'm single and I'm in a one bedroom but if you have kids there's plenty to offer, including parks, a pool, as well as tennis and basketball courts. Also there's a central location where the kids get picked up and dropped off to attend the local school. My experience at Claridge Court has been great.

Great experience from the time we stopped in for a quick tour all the way up to & beyond our move in date! Our newly renovated Duplex unit is perfect. Shaina made the entire process seamless & extremely easy for us. She was professional & an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process.

I’ve been living here for 14 years now and it’s an incredible place to live. They have a tennis court, playground, basketball court, and a beautiful pool. The pool is always maintained and clean, the water is always so clear and blue. Your neighbors are amazing and friendly, always willing to be there for you. Management is amazing especially Ziggy he is on top of the work and always gets things done. He is amazing and the whole office is amazing. They are hard workers, accommodating to the ...
neighborhoods needs. I would 100% recommend living here and it’s close to New York!!!
