When ownership and management were local, everything was fine, even though there were leaks in the ceiling every 2-3 years from the apartments upstairs. Ownership has changed, more than once, in the last five years to companies in Beverly Hills, CA 90210 and management couldn't care less. They provide poor cleanup services for a leak we had about three years ago and wouldn't compensate for lost books and pictures, they ...have left us without lighting for half the office since May, a large hole in the ceiling from another leak since September and no heat since October. The bus and train station are very close. There are many amenities within the area.
